and runs until approximately 10 p.m. with intermission.

RESERVATIONS    YOUR SEATS WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU!  BUT HURRY  - THEY WILL GO FAST!  Make your reservations online 24/7 by visiting the order tickets tab on the website.  Just complete the form and hit send.  A reservationist will confirm your order within 24 hours.

 

  Get as many tickets as you THINK you are going to need.  There are no refunds - so make sure you don't over reserve.  It is always easier to add tickets at a later time if seats are still available.  ALL RESERVATIONS  ARE WILL CALL - You will recieve a receipt via email when you make your reservation.  Please print reciept and bring with you to be seated. 

 

SHOW CANCELLATIONS 

 

THE SHOW MUST GO ON. 

 Only in the worst of weather will a show be cancelled.  If you are traveling from out of town and the roads are predicted to be impassable, please call 24 hours in advance  of performance and we will do our best to reschedule you;  if the weather in your area, according to the US Weather Bureau confirms your request.  Sorry, No other exceptions.

 

If we are forced to cancel due to weather we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule, or give you a gift certificate for your use to a future performance  

REFUNDS 

 

Even if you can't make it please know we will miss you terribly; and please understand the show must go on; production expenses still must be met. 

For that reason, there are no refunds. 

 If you are not able to make it please contact us.  Ifn the event the performance you are not able to attend is sold out and we have patrons still looking for tickets we will make every effort to sell your tickets to them and reimburse you, less a $10.00 per ticket convienance fee.

DRESS/ATTIRE 

You and your party are heartily encouraged to dress in the theme of the show - in Ole and Lena's case - obvious UP NORTH attire - that includes, but is not limited to - flap and other silly winter hats, ugly christmas sweaters, flannel shirts, snow pants,  overalls, aprons, hair nets, rollers - well, you get the idea!   Not only is it fun, but it makes the experence even more fun for all!   And, if you come dressed you have a chance to win a fun prize during intermission.  Most guests dress for fun - be sure you are one of them !
